Alejandro Medina from KARE sent me this video about the ultimate impact irresponsible pet owners have by abandoning their animals:
KARE is Kazakhstan Animal Rescue and Education. This clip was originally made in Russian, but they made an English version to help spread their universal message.

Dunno why people abandon pets. They’re supposed to be loved and taken cared of. The chickens in my backyard get something to eat even if I dont have anything for myself.
